How did you Meet?

We met in college, Xavier University of LA. We saw each other in calculus class then started talking on twitter. The rest is history.

Tell me About your Proposal...

Telvin proposed on Christmas day of 2018 at my parents’ house. This is the house I grew up in. He did it front of my entire family and close friends. There was a mystery present handed to me by my cousin that “supposedly” was left under the tree. The gift read “To: Jade”. I was very confused and annoyed because nobody would say who the gift was from. I opened the gift, and it was a white satin robe that read “Bride” on the back. Telvin got down on one knee!

What are the Colors of your Wedding and Why?

Black and white” We are naturally attracted to simple, classy, yet gives luxury feels with everything, so black and white with a romantic old Hollywood feel matches both of our personalities Perfectly “plus we mostly only wear these colors lol.

What is the Significance of your Wedding Date?

Our original date 12/19/20 was because we got engaged on Christmas and the Christmas holiday season has always been special to us. It is when we spend the most quality time together and do our best to make each other’s Christmas gift special. Due to Covid-19 our new wedding date is 4/24/21.
